Dents happen: a door opened too hard in a parking lot, a stray shopping cart, a low-speed bump. Dent removal restores the shape of the panel so the damage disappears.
At our Berry Hill shop, we look at each dent and explain the right way to fix it for your vehicle.

How dents are repaired
The method depends on the damage:
Paint intact, accessible dent
Some small, shallow dents with unbroken paint can be worked back into shape from behind the panel without repainting.
Paint damaged or sharp crease
The panel is reshaped, any filler work is done, and the area is primed, painted and blended to match.
Dents we see often
- Door dings and parking-lot dents
- Creases along doors and fenders
- Dents in hoods, roofs and trunk lids
- Dents with scratched or chipped paint
- Dents from minor collisions
Get your dent looked at
The quickest way to start is to upload a couple of photos of the dent: one straight on and one at a low angle. If paint is cracked, mention it — that changes the repair.

Frequently asked questions
Can every dent be removed without painting?
No. Whether a dent can be fixed without repainting depends on its size, depth, location and whether the paint is cracked or chipped. Dents on sharp body lines or panel edges, or with damaged paint, usually need traditional repair and refinishing.
Is a small dent worth fixing?
If the paint is chipped or cracked, yes — bare metal can rust. Even with intact paint, fixing dents keeps the vehicle looking cared for, which matters at trade-in or sale time.
How do I photograph a dent for an estimate?
Take one photo straight on and one at a low angle along the panel so the light shows the shape of the dent. Include a wider photo so we can see which panel it is on.
Do you fix dents on aluminum panels?
Aluminum behaves differently from steel and needs different techniques. Tell us the make and model in your estimate request and we will let you know how we would approach it.
